This is the Universal variant of the Ocular IQ Solar, which is ideal for customers needing a longer or non-standard cable (the Tethered version comes with a 5m Type 2 Cable, which is suitable for most customers).

What a standard installation includes

Single-phase or three-phase connection with the charger installed within 15 metres of the building's switchboard, including an RCBO Type A protection device in the existing switchboard. Supply upgrades (for example three-phase when only single-phase is available) and other switchboard upgrades are not part of a standard installation and are quoted separately.

Service area: most of South East Queensland, including Brisbane, Ipswich, the Gold Coast, Logan, Moreton Bay and Redland. Outside these areas? Call and ask.
